Sailor Moon Shop: Shipping Information

   All orders are packaged above standards. We want all our products to reach their destinations in perfect condition. All domestic items are shipped out by USPS priority mail. Priority mail is a 1-3 day service. International orders are shipped by the discression of the items ordered in accordance to their country. Insurance is available at the customers request. We recommend it , as we are not responsible for lost packages. Insurance rates depend on the purchase price. Other USPS services are available at the customers request.

      What countries do you ship to? We are very open minded and will research the shipping information of any county.

      When will my order be shipped? Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, however it can be upto 5 business days for orders to be packaged and shipped off, international and special orders may take longer.

      What happens if my item is lost in the mail? If there is insurance, we will turn over the insurance receipt and you the customer must initiate the investigation. We will assist in every way possible. If the package was not insured. We will initiate a lost mail form, but the post office liberally informs that they will make all attempts to locate the package but are not guaranteeing any results.
