Sailor Moon Shop: Rules and Regulations

Return Policy

     CD's and DVD's can not be returned unless defective. Due to the chance of copying, there are no refunds. If there is a problem with any of the CD's or DVD's, a replacement can be sent out within seven business days of resolution. All defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. If a problem should arise, you should email sales@sailormoonshop.com within that time. Please include the specific file that isn't working, the applications in use, your computer type, and any other simultaneous files in use. Once determined it is a problem with the CD, a replacement will be shipped out or alternate solution. If it is a problem with the application, software, or hardware, the customer will be directed to the respective manufactures support line. No replacement will be made on products handled carelessly. Any items other than CD's and DVD's that arrive defectively, that are not due to shipping (such matters must be brought to the US Post Office attention for insurance purposes), will be replaced in a timely fashion. If the defect is due to shipping and there is no insurance, all complaints must be made to the USPS as we are not responsible. If you are unhappy with the purchased items, a refund will be considered less shipping expenses. We do not guarantee a refund but we will review each complaint on a case by case basis. The Sailor Moon Shop reserves the right to change prices with out notice.

Warranty Information-

All computer related products come with technical support. A qualified technician is available to help with troubleshooting during business hours. Please contact sales@sailormoonshop.com with all technical questions. Please included your email address from your order and a description of your problem. This is only valid to the original purchaser. Technical support will only be offered on the original items, not to reproductions or copies. If it is an application issue, support will only be offered on the recommended software. If after re-installation to the problem software the problem still persists, the customer will be directed to the manufacturers support line. Specifics on the problems, afflicted files, computer used, and software used will be needed to determine the problem.

If any exceptions need to be made, please feel free to ask, all will be considered on a person to person basis. Most email will be answered within 12 hours, holidays and extreme circumstances may require more time. We welcome all questions, comments, and feedback.
