We try to make every order as easy as possible. We
accept a plethora of payment choices and ship orders right away for customer
convenience. Our shipping rates are based on purchase price and are very
low compared to competitors. All orders from Ebay auctions will receive appropriate
feedback. We hope you will have a pleasant experience and leave feedback
for us as well. We restock new items on a daily basis, and hope our customers
will return.
Once an order has been placed and verified it will
be held for 10 days awaiting payment. If payment is not received the order
will be canceled. If this is in conjunction with an online Ebay auction negative
feedback will be left and all necessary paperwork will be filed with ebay
to recover lost funds. Such proceedings will result in suspension or expulsion
from Ebay. Once payment arrives, most orders are shipped within 3 business days, however it can be upto 5 business days for orders to be packaged and shipped off, international and special orders may take longer.
We also cater to international customers. All payments
must be in US Dollars. Shipping rates will vary between countries and depend
on the weight of the items. Please be sure to include the destination country
in your order so we can determine the proper shipping charge. International
order will be shipped out with in 5 business days.
All items are packaged above satisfactory standards.
Insurance is available upon the customers request. We are not responsible
for payments lost in the mail nor are we responsible for orders lost in the
mail. No orders have been lost as of yet. Cash payments are advised to be
sent in registered mail concealed in colored paper. Personal checks are accepted.
There is a minimum of 2 weeks to clear, it all depends on the banks. You will
be emailed with payment confirmation the day payment arrives.
We now use a Paypal Shopping Cart. If you want to pay by Paypal or plan on signing up with Paypal to use a credit card payment, please use this shopping cart. F.A.Q.
One of the most popular questions
is, Do you accept credit cards directly? No. There are two reasons. One,
merchant accounts are expensive and would only raise the prices on the items.
Export from Asia is expensive enough with out more fees. And second, by using
third party companies (i.e. Paypal and Western Union) they are inexpensive and
they support the risk of fraudulent charges. If someone were to pay with
a stolen card or account, that charge back is insured by the companies and
will not be passed on to the customers.
When a customer places an order,
it will be confirmed by email with in 12 hours. Product availability, shipping
charges, and final total will be included as well as any necessary payment
